How can I add an overlay I found in the internet?

So i’ve just found this and I want to download it as an overlay to INT. MOVIESEATS-night. How can I do it?

Go in the art catalog. Then choose overlays uploaded to your account instead of overlays available for all stories. You can then select your image.

Do you by any chance know why I can download this image as a background but when I want to download it as an overlay my computer can’t find this picture?

It must be because the image isn’t a png. You can find some sites that can convert your picture.
