How can I add sound/music to my story?

Hi! I’m a new author here, so I was wondering, if you guys can tell me how to add music and sound to my stories? I’m writing in limelight but the commands: sound phone_ring 1 or music sad_goodbye, they don’t work, they’re giving me errors.
