How can i make my character behind another Character?

Hey I am new on Episode and i started to write my first Story.
But I have a Problem… i do not know how to make my character behind another ?

And my other Question is … …i upload an overlay (car) and i want my car drive… how can i do that?

@CHARACTER moves to layer #
Layer 1 is the first layer. Type layer 2 to let the CHARACTER layer over the CHARACTER at layer 1
