How can you do 2 overlays at once?

Well I need 2 overlays in one scene but i don’t know how to do 2 at once i only can do 2 at once if someone can help… please

I need to add them to the background INT. SCIENCE CLASS - DAY

So with one it would be INT. SCIENCE CLASS - DAY with HAND FIST at zone 2 but I need another one in that scene if you understand and can help please reply

Just add it to the end:
INT. SCIENCE CLASS - DAY with HAND FIST to x y z in zone 2 with NEXT OVERLAY to x y z in zone 2
