How do I make the blonde person stand in front of the overlay instead of behind it?

@overlay moves to layer 1
@CHARACTER moves to layer 0 (the blonde one)
@CHARACTER moves to layer 2 (other one)

I tried doing that but it’s still the same, and there is a warning saying

Maybe you need to put overlay name after writing word overlay
@overlay NAME moves to 1
