How do I do text overlays?

I know I can create my own. But the thing is, is that I don’t want to do that. I remember there was some feature where I could create my own in the portal? How do I do that? I just want it so I can have an overlay show up, and after a few seconds of letting the reader read the message the text overlay would show up and it’d say “Tap to continue…” and then the scene moves on.

Is that still in beta? Can I use it? Could I publish with it? Help??

You’d use something like this:

@overlay OVERLAY create text TEXT
