How do I do this? Blinking text (Not in a bubble or anything)

I’ve seen many stories where at the bottom of their splash they have the words " tap to continue" blinking at the bottom for their intro and I know this may sound stupid but how do I do that? :blush::joy:

I believe they make a overlay and have opacity go from 1 to 0 tho someone can correct me if I’m wrong :smile:
