Whenever I try to read a story this dialogue keeps popping up. Not sure what to do - tried uninstalling/reinstalling, plus my internet works fine, I bought unlimited passes and they’re just going to end up running out Anyone else know what worked for them?

I had this issue. I’d write down your profile information, and uninstall then re install the app. It worked for me on my old device. I’d also recommend erasing the cache for the app. Hope this helps!
If you are using an iPhone or any i-device there has been a bug in the newest software. It is causing any and all apps to spontaneously shut down/not load. That is what I just read. What I am doing currently is uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it, deleting it from my phone and then re-adding it to my phone and that allows me to read two chapters and then I have to do the whole process completely all over again.

Same thing happening to me
I don’t have mine fixed anymore! I have to re-read the same chapters literally 17 times and then it kicks me back out! How did you fix yours?!
If you wait a few days, it’ll most likely go away on its own. This occured to me a few times so I just wait a few days before I go on the app and it works fine again. I don’t un-install or delete anything (I did free up space by clearing junk files once but overall, it’s just an issue that went away on its own). If the error persists and keeps happening over a long time frame, then your best bet is to submit a ticket (link provided above by Nick).
