How do I fix this error! I didn’t have problem in first episode, but in second episode its not mentioning character name anymore [FIRSTNAME]

Can you help me? How can I update the episode two, to be able to follow the line of the labels like naming character [FIRSTNAME] it should mention the readers name but is only repeating FIRSTNAME instead of the readers name.
