How do I follow an overlay in different zones?

How do I follow an overlay to different zones? Like from zone 1 to zone 3?
I have this but it isn’t right.

EXT. POLICE - DAY with POLICE CAR at layer 3
@zoom reset

@overlay 6033104294379520_POLICE CAR scales to 1.000 1.000 in zone 1
@pause for 2
