How do i get my character to walk rear towards a door

Hey! Can someone please help me, I’m trying to get my character to walk rear towards a door in the background but it’s not working. My coding is:
@KIMBERLY walks to spot 0.326 156 251 AND KIMBERLY is walk_neutral_rear

And this makes the character look like their teleporting to the door or they’re walking extremely fast.

Also when she arrives at the door, is it possible to make her dissapear from the screen, as if she has walked inside the door?
