How do I hide a character’s face?

Hi, and I would like some tips on how to hide a character’s face, especially some coding of such. If anybody knows, then please let me know.

Well what I did, was I just removed every feature, like the brow, hair, eyes, face, nose, lips, and you do that by clicking on the box that says “No preview available”

Yes I would do exactly that, and turn the skin black, like sillhouette black to make it look like a mannequinn. I figured you forgot to mention this part.
