How do I let readers move around the screen and make something happen when they press on something?

I see some writers making miny-games when yo can move around the screen and when you click on certain things something happens. (Like in “The dragons’ tail” and “Envy”)
How do I add it to my script?

I think it’s tappable overlays. It’s still in testing and hasn’t been officially released yet though, so it’s not recommended to publish a story with them just yet in case the coding changes

They are the beta testers. Someone posted the codes for them on here as well. It’s still not official, but I’ll find it and send the link
