How do I make a car look like its driving (OVERLAY)

Hi!
In my story, I’m doing a scene where the car comes onto the scene and then drives off… does anyone know how to make the car look like its driving? I don’t really mind that you won’t be able to see my characters in the car, I just want to know how to make it look like its driving.
