If you’re talking about a thought bubble, you just put parenthesis around the dialogue like this:

CHARACTER (animation)
( dialogue )

Are you talking about animations, then? The parenthesis around the talking command’s dialogue changes the appearance of the speech bubble into a thought bubble.

Between the @ and the think dialogue, you need to have the dialogue command. It should look like this:

INT. WALKINCLOSET - DAY
@.ANUSHYA walks to screen center

ANUSHYA (think_rubchin)
(What do I want to wear?)
