How do I make it look like a reflection?

Please help! I’m trying to make my character look into the fountain, and see her reflection!

That’ll be tricky. You need a separate background for the fountain. A background showing only the water and maybe the ledge. Then you’ll need a slightly transparent blue overlay for the water and put your character behind the water overlay,
