How do I make it seem that the background is shaking?

Hi guys, does anyone know how to make the background seem as though its shaking? Basically there’s a storm outside and I want to see if I can make it seem as though the walls are shaking? Is this possible?

Hi I think the only way you can do that is using zooms
So you’d have to do a long row of:
@zoom on [area] to 102% in 0.1
@zoom on [area] to 102% in 0.1
@zoom on [area] to 102% in 0.1
@zoom on [area] to 102% in 0.1
@zoom on [area] to 102% in 0.1

…and so on, until the background has moved the amount of times you wanted it to
