This can be done by using rapid zooms in different directions - you will need to be zoomed in a bit for it to work, though.
For example, pick the spots you want the camera to move to, then have it go rapidly. Since you want someone to be screaming at the same time, you’ll have to use the ‘&’ command.
So, it might look like this.
&zoom on X Y to --% in 0.1 (enter desired time here) THEN zoom on XY --% in 0.1 … and so on.

I would loop the zoom cycle two or three times to get an added effect.
