How do I move the car to one spot?

I want to move the car in one spot but it isn’t moving what could be the reason.
And there is a person inside how should I do it?

There is the spots what I write.

@overlay CAR ANGLE SILVER shifts to -1217 -129
@overlay CAR ANGLE SILVER scales to 1.018 1.018
@overlay CAR ANGLE SILVER shifts to -425 -192 in 8.0
@overlay CAR ANGLE SILVER scales to 1.018 1.018 in 8.0
