How do I move this character in front of the background?

If I click on “layer +1” the character still stands behind the overlay and if I click on “Change overlay” nothing happens.
(I never get to control the overlays with the “Change Overlay” button , I don’t know why, but usually adding a layer or more helps me to put the chacracter in front of them)

Try + the layer until it’s over the overlay or click “bring to front”

It should if it’s at the top layer, that’s really weird. Maybe try and exit out and try again? It could just be a glitch.

&overlay NAME moves to layer -10

or wait a moment is it episode background with included overlay?

If so

BACKGROUNDNAME with BACKGROUNDNAME at layer -10
