INT. BEDROOM - DAY
&KELLY stands screen center AND KELLY faces right AND KELLY starts talk_happy
@transition fade in
Basically you just have to put the & symbol for the character and put it before the transition, and the transition should be @. And do the same thing for every character if you have multiple characters:
INT. BEDROOM - DAY
&KELLY stands screen center AND KELLY faces right AND KELLY starts talk_happy
&DARYL stands screen right AND DARYL faces left AND DARYL starts laugh_giggle
@transition fade in
