How do I put warning in the beginning for strong language and mature themes

How do I do that and make sure all people know before they read my story?? And that I use sound, Also it has mainly a lot of things related to mental health, and that its really important and cannot be ignored!
Anyone help? Pleaz.

You can request at an art shop on this forums for someone to make you a splash about mature themes and sound. Or you can make one yourself.

Here’s an art shop (Edits) you can request from. There are others, but not sure which ones are open.
