I’d actually recommend forcing yourself to wake up early as opposed to staying up. You’ll end up falling asleep throughout the day and when you go back to sleep, you’ll wake up late because you’re exhausted.
So force yourself to wake up early.

That’s rough. I get moody too but I have to accept it because I asked to be woken up early.
The thing that can work on me is using my phone. But even that is not powerful enough to fight my love for sleep.

Caffeine, lots and lots of caffeine.
I also find it easy to stay up when I’m actively involved in something. My go-to’s are usually the sims, YouTube, or I continue writing.
