How do I stop overlay from appearing on screen first?

u need to shift and scale the overlay first then set the opacity to 1

INTRO
&overlay INTRO_WORD create
&overlay INTRO_WORD shifts to 4 580
&overlay INTRO_WORD scales to 0.557

@pause for 2
