How do i upload an overlay from my drive to episode?

lol ya’ll i need help with this, i can’t find it anywhere or figure it out like i want to add a blanket overlay, and it’s from my drive, but how do i like transfer it to episode if that makes sense?

You need to save your image on your devices.
Then go on the art catalog like this :
