How do I use custom backgrounds?

I want to add a custom background at the end of my story but I can’t find anything that fits the size you need… Do I need an overlay instead or?

You need some resizing program for pictures
You can find many online just google it

Hey! The easiest way to do this is to search Google for ANYTHING you want, then put in the dimensions that Episode wants by going into the tools button underneath the search bar:

You need to type in any of these dimensions:

640 x 1136 for one panel backgrounds

1280 x 1136 for two panel backgrounds

1920 x 1136 for three panel backgrounds

And then choose any image you wish!

You can now save the image to your computer by right clicking on it and choosing save image

Then go to the art catalog in the writer portal and go to the drop down menu in backgrounds and select uploaded to your account, choose an image, and they will instruct you on what to do from there!

Some of this you may already know but I thought you could use a full explanation on how to easily do it because you seemed a bit confused
