How do u make your character talk but not indirectly?

I want text that pops up on the screen with my character’s name on it, but I don’t want it to be a speech bubble directed to them?
I don’t know if my ? Makes sense but if anyone gets it feel free to respond with a solution.

Replace CHAR’S name with yours.
