How do you add multiple overlays to a scene?

I have one of the overlays after the background name, like:
INT. GIRLS BEDROOM with OVERLAY1 to 0.660 49 179

But how do I add additional overlays to the same scene?

You just need to keep adding overlays
For ex.
INT. GIRLS BEDROOM with OVERLAY1 to 0.660 49 179 with OVERLAY2 to spot blah blah in zone 1 at layer 2

Make sure you use spot coordinates for overlays and make sure you have them in the right zone.
