I keep trying to look up a way to do this but nothing seems to be poppin up, and now I’m starting to think I’m buggin out or that I’m saying it wrong. Someone please help

I kinda figured it was overlays but I still low key need directing help

With 18 Seconds, I believe she changes the opacity of the overlay to make it look like it’s flickering on and off. Are you familiar with animating overlays?
