Near the character you can see 3 numbers.
@CHAR spot 1.28 100 0
The first number is scale. Just change this number to change character’s size.
To make character taller put for example
@CHAR spot 1.36 100 0
To make character smaller decrease this number
@CHAR spot 1.1 100 0
