How do you choose the bg music?

I have listened to all the episode background music, but I can’t never choose one that fits the scene. Especially in neutral scenes. How do you choose it?

I usually do the low key music that shifts back and fourth (I think the title has the word shift in it)

You could also put the volume down to make it more bland if you need to :sparkles:

really? How do you code that?

You mean the shifty beat?

volume music 100 3000
volume music 0 3000

0 is no sound 100 is full volume

3000 is time its for some reason in mimliseconds so 3000 is 3 seconds

änd to your question - for start it was also hard - I started with looking by wors…I had sad scene so I was looking for “sad” atc…

so this way I learned the bacis music and then I simply listened to it and tested if it fits to the scene or not. Do dramatic music for dramatic scenes, romatic music for romantic scenes - you will see you will soon have some of your favorites.

The worst you can do in my opinion is to have one music playing through whole episode - even the one who like music will switch it of because no matter what it is its get annoyng if it doesnt fitt the scene.

there is a thread where someone sorted the music to categories…I will check if I have it bookmarked.
