How do you code swimming with spot directing on INK?

Thanks in advance. All help appreciated.

Like zooming

@CHARACTER spot 0.000 000 00 AND CHARACTER faces AND CHARACTER is action

@CHARACTER spot 0.000 000 00 AND CHARACTER faces AND CHARACTER is action

@pan to zone 2

@CHARACTER spot 0.000 000 00 in zone 2 AND CHARACTER faces AND CHARACTER is action

@CHARACTER spot 0.000 000 00 in zone 2 AND CHARACTER faces AND CHARACTER is action

Just make sure that the coordinates are different, as one is a starter , and one is to be at the end of the screen, so the character is swimming into the next zone.

Hope that helped :two_hearts:

walks to spot*

I tried that first but it didn’t work … Unless I’ve coded it wrong?
Thanks though x

The swimming effect would best portrayed with a water overlay, becaus you’d need a water overlay to covwr up the character as she is swimming, not the entire body, maybe half if the body, just to show that she is in the water. And I’d suggest using the previewer to help you with the spot directing to have her swim. And type in “@CHARACTER walks to spot* #.# # # in # and is action that portrays swimming” to make the character move to the spot instead of popping to the spot
