If you have an ipad I’d recommend using procreate.
It’s $9.99 to buy but its definitely worth it.
YouTube tutorials are a great help, I’d recommend checking out Art With Flo she has some amazing tutorials and always goes into great details about how to do them the easiest way.
If you’re drawing people make sure to study or at least have some knowledge of anatomy.
