How do you get characters to walk from one zone to another?

Hi guys, is there a way I can get a character to walk from zone 3 to zone 1 but with the screen staying on zone 2? I don’t know if this makes sense, hopefully it does as I really need help.

@cut to zone 2
&CHARACTER walks from screen center in zone 3 to screen center in zone 1

Place the character in zone 3 then make them walk to zone 1

&CHARACTER stands screen center in zone 3
@cut to zone 2
@CHARACTER walks to screen center in zone 1
