How do you get the scarf over the face?

I’m not talking about the hoods or anything, but where the scarf covers half the characters face. I can’t find it anywhere.

Yes! I honestly don’t know why I couldn’t find it.

I’ve been combing through all the clothing options and I just couldn’t find it.
