How do you make the males have muscles?

I noticed in some stories that there are men that are muscled. Like in Falling for a student.One of the love interests have thick arms and abs. If someone knows how to do this could you please tell me?

I believe they use overlays to do so. If they do you would have to get someone to make the overlays for you. :slight_smile:

they were in the clothes, and it was under the clothing
