I don’t know how to speak the language where the rest of my family was born, so in my language it would be “I love you.”

In Russian it is Я тебя люблю

In German, it’s “Ich Liebe Dich.” or “Ich Lieb Dich.” (the informal way of speaking, you can drop the e after the verbs in German if you speak in first person)
