How do you stop flashing with gifs?

If you’re currently doing it like:
Opacity 0 in 0
Pause for 0.1
Opacity 1 in 0
^I know that’s not the correct format

You could try
opacity 1 in 0.1

I mean like the flashing is because it’s disappearing and appearing super fast. You could try having it appear and disappear at the same time. I’m terrible at explaining so let me know if it doesn’t make sense.
