If you have time to do exercises for physics do it because on my exams the formulas were needed but my teachers found so many ways to use them that knowing the several ways to use them by heart was really difficult
Doing exercises is the better way to learn it and exercising your brain prepairing you for something outside the box that appear.
I’d definitely focus on the subjects and topics that I am less confident in first, then go back to what I know better. The best way to study is to know how you learn best. If you are a visual learner try reading through text, looking at diagrams, or looking at examples of what is going to be on the test. If you learn best by listening and you have to memorize something, record yourself saying it and try to talk with it. You could ask someone else to help you out loud although I know that may be difficult. If you learn best by acting, you could make flash cards, make songs out of things you have to memorize (it’s weird, but it works), or do practice questions. Hope this helped!
For business/science subjects I watch videos, use Quizlet and make up mock tests when it comes to memorizing definitions I try to read them over and over until I can say it verbatim.
Math/Finance related subjects I try to practice equations instead of reading them.
And Spanish, I listen to strictly Spanish music and watch Spanish films on top of studying. I find that I remember best when I try to form sentences and try to communicate using Spanish vocabulary. It sucks that I’ve completed all the Spanish classes i need. Studying is so easy
Also I’ve found that music doesn’t really help much but if you really want to listen to music instrumentals are less distracting. I’ve also heard classical music is good for studying too, but who listens to that stuff?
