Okay…so I’m entering the FT contest, but most of my ideas just pop into my head and I have none. But I do think this one MIGHT work:

Right before Cinderella got taken in, there was a third step sister (Skylarella). She didn’t think they should treat Cinderella the way they we’re planning to, and while arguing, Anastatia revealed that Skylar was a Lesbian. The mother, threw skylar and she ended up in the woods, and for the next couple of years survived in that magical land with Mera, a fairy, when suddenly it was time for Prince charming to look for the shoe that fit the princess. Mera revealed that every year santa gave one wish to the fairy land, and that the evil stepmom was going to use it to make Cinderella not get a happy ending.
