Aww cats are not my thing haha but they are cute i used go volunteer at the spca and i always wanted to pet the cats and they love to play with my hair
I love all animals!!! But cats just seemed the easiest to maintain growing up in my household. 
One of my clients was at a birthday party
and there was a traveling petting zoo at the party. One of the goats
was in the corner moping around to himself⦠so one of the kids came over to me and asked me if I could talk to the goat
and make them feel better. 
So⦠I did. I talked to the goat for about 3 minutes ⦠I even brought my little sister over to to to them⦠and by the time I finished talking , the goat
was trying to eat my sisters braids.
Needless to say they were feeling better. They took off then and joined the rest of the animals frolicking around in the fieldā¦

Second⦠Thank you so much for sharing your current experiences!!! This pandemic is messing literally everybody up. I have been trying to go for walks because at least that way I am able to get out of the house
. Trying to commit to a ā new normal ā is Sooooooooooooooooo Hard!!! Especially when everything that we used to be able to do is legit no longer available for us to do. When I would get bored
⦠I would jump in my car and drive to Starbucks or a bookstore
and literally just read books all day and drink my
tea⦠or I would work on my laptop
. But , I was getting out of the house
and doing something. None of those places are really open to do these things like that anymore!!!
And I know it is even harder when you are used to going to school and physical lung walking to and from classes etc. and hat is not possible to do now either.
So⦠I really feel your pain!!!
What makes it even WORSE⦠is the fact that all of this is happening during the Holidays⦠which doesnāt feel anything like the holidays at all⦠everything right now is depressing on top of depressing.
I just hope you are doing okay mentally⦠because all of these things wreck havoc on us emotionally and psychologically.
What are you doing to try and combat depression / feeling down???
This is a hard one in the beginning of the lockdown I was stress eating and I gained 15 lbs than I started working out everyday in my home and downloaded all these apps to plan my meals out and calories, I also started drinking A LOT of water. Then I went back to work which is a lot of physical labor and I lost weight and gained muscles. During the week I eat healthy
On my days off though? Video games all day, I also get fast food 2 times a month

!!! You did really well!!! Because it is so easy to gain weight and just keep getting worse.

Drinking Water
is a absolute MUST!!! I have been making sure that Dad and I stay drinking lots of water. So that is really great that you have gotten into the habit. Because most people are dehydrated and never really drink enough water
to replenish their body.
What type of work do you do if you feel comfortable sharing?
I apparently am NOT STAYING HEALTHY in this pandemic. Itās really hard to focus on one things when there is so many things happening

IāM TRYING!!! online learning is SOOOO HARD idk how to explain it, but it is! I try my best to be healthy, but yk the pandemic is just stopping us from that happening! Also, the fact that your home all the time and your not getting enough fresh air is justā¦not good!

I understand that completely. Do you live in an area where you can go out and walk to like a park or anything like that?
Yes! but I barely do bc I have to help my mom & dad with my younger siblings and our 7month year old dog

No⦠Iām not in school⦠But I know quite a few people who are . And they are all on break now. Which is good!!! But I can remember how hard online school is⦠because I used to take online classes.
Oh! yeahā¦online classes werenāt the easiest. Especially, if I canāt go up to the teacher and actually ask him/her a questionā¦yk

I feel every ounce of these emojiās!!
First I thought about what parts of my body I wanted to focus on,
My stomach was the worst from all the eating, and my arms and legs got kinda flabby, and I wanted a nice butt, lol but that could wait
So 4 days out of the week I did different workouts for 5 minutes I slowly progressed adding more time to my workouts and less rest days
I mostly do planking, (so hard at first), bicycle crunches, wall pushups and normal push ups, jumping jacks, squats, stuff like that

I am probably going to actively start doing all of the things you listed soon consistently. But there is one thing that I absolutely HATE doing⦠and thatās burpees!!! shudders
