Get on that google doc or notes on your phone and start typing.

you may think “Hm, I think it would be awesome to make the love interest a vampire”
or “Hey its probably a good idea to make the main character a pyromaniac that wants to burn down someone’s house and then they face criminal charges because the fire ended up hurting a dog and that dog happened to be the president’s dog. And that dog was hiding out because he had a secret chip with capital info in his stomach after the president’s kids thought it was a treat”
long story short, Youll never run out of things to write or wonder what happens next
