sigh so i published a new story 3 weeks ago and it’s still not approved. it’s in drama (which is maybe the problem).
drama authors, how long did it take you to have ur story reviewed and stuff?

It all depends on your story rank. Regardless if it is a new or old story, Episode normally reviews a story if it is around rank 100+. Say your story floats around rank 100 to 109 for a day or two, then Episode will review it. This is from what I see on my stories.

oh boy 
first day when i released it, it went to 102 for like half a day and then 500+ ranks later. now i checked and it was 127. im pretty desperate at this point

Literally months. It wasn’t until I moved it to comedy that it ended up with a review (after hitting trending in drama multiple times). To my understanding based on what others have told me it’s less that you have to hit trending and more that you have to hit trending and then stay there until they get to your story.

I’ve noticed a lot of people get reviewed right before they get featured on Episode. I wouldn’t get too excited if you get reviewed and approved since many people don’t get featured just because they got reviewed. But it could happen.
For me both times, a lot of people commented my story down for a shelf to win, and I got reviewed. The first time I didn’t win that particular shelf, but I won the next one. The second time I won the one I was commented for.

I think it will do if you get at least some reads everyday (gems help a lot too). For my story, it will stay in rank 500+ if no one reads it for days. But when there are some reads, it will go to 100+ or even get in the trending shelf. Good luck with your story
