Umm… it depends according to the place. For example in the North people have a skin color more like Germans and in the South is a little darker.

Does Italian American count? Got lot’s of roots to Italy in my fam. I would have raised my hand but I got a slice of pizza pie in one hand and a cannoli in the other 
But in all honesty would love to visit Italy or any of the surrounding areas
