Also, how long does each scene typically average on?
Just trying to see something.
I on average try to have 6-10 different scenes in an episode and try to average 7-10 minutes an episode

And my scenes depending on how important vary from 2-3 minutes a scene, im trying to lengthen them tho so I suggest 10-15 minute episodes with 2-5 minutes scenes

That’s a good question… but I actually have no idea… [goes to check and count them up!] 
Edit: So I counted them [for one of my stories, anyway]. Some Episodes have more, some have less. Those with less have longer scenes. [I have anywhere between 9 & 14 scenes per Episode.]

I have anywhere from 3-6 scenes per chapter. It depends on length tbh. I have one chapter with 3 scenes (excluding intro and outro), but the scenes are all 3-5 minutes. Then I have one chapter with 6 scenes that are all like 1-3 minutes.
