This is a good question, for any author. I think, at least personally, that it depends on what else is contained in the particular story. I prefer full CC, but this is my full preferences:

Warning if there are art scenes

Limit the CC to still look like the character in the art scene

Warning or no options if a particular physical feature in a character will be mentioned (ex: “your eyes are so blue”)
