So I’m going to use art scenes in my story but I’m not sure how often to use them. I know some people don’t like when art scenes are overused, so I wanted to hear your feedback. How often is too often for art scenes?

Honestly, I love art scenes. I think a good max is one per episode. It helps me picture what’s going on and see everyone’s perspective.

I love to see art scenes when people kiss for the first time or in a battle or when someone dies.

I’m not really a fan tbh- I think most of the time awesome directing would be better but I think when used sparingly there are moments that work very well (particularly emotional moments). That said, no more than once per episode, but I don’t really think they need to be in every single episode either.

I would only use it for very special moments but I’m not a big fan of art scenes, one per episode would be enough.

I love art scenes, but you don’ really have to add a lot of it in your story. If u want to add it, which is necessary, to maybe show emotions to the scene, then add it.

Personally, I could go without art scenes entirely, but if you think they would enhance your story, then using one per episode is perfectly fine.

I think ONE great done art scene has more effect than more wrong placed scenes.
I prefer 1 art scene in a story.

art scenes. shall be saved for spical importent scenes. not just thrown in for no reason. or because you wanna do a lot of narration.
