How to add a lot of characters into a scene without glitching (Answered)

I have a problem,
Whenever I start a scene and add around more than around 5 background characters, the camera waits for them to generate as well as start the animation, then the actual scene starts. I remember starting a scene with around 10 characters in the background and it taking at least 20 seconds to generate the characters before the actual scene started.
Does anyone know how to make all of the characters get into place right when the scene starts?
I was reading an episode story and saw how their characters were already in the scene without any glitches.
If you need me to explain it more I can. Thank you!

Use the & command instead of @ for example:
&character1 spot … and character1 is …
&character2 spot … and character2 is …
&character3 spot … and character3 is …
&character4 spot … and character4 is …
@character5 spot … and character5 is …

That should work! :slightly_smiling_face:
