How to add a text?

I mean by that the one that shows as a text you would normally write it in a cover and it moves for example “Good Cop , Bad Delinquent” in the beginning of the episode it is alway showing texts how do I do it?

You need the words to be overlays. Here is a website I use. I am not sure if you know how to use overlay.
