How to add dialogue without a specific character saying it

This might be a super easy thing to do but I’m new to this so I just wanted to ask… how do you add dialogue at the start of the story but without the specific character saying it? Like how people have episode names the start and give credit to people for their covers, but like without any label of the character saying it? Thanks so much in advance :blush:

How do you write it into the script?
